Rainer Baake was Managing Director of Smart Energy for Europe Platform GmbH (SEFEP) and Director of "Agora Energiewende" from April 2012. He established Agora Energiewende as Executive Director until he has been appointed State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy begin 2014.
