Henrike Doebert

Henrike Doebert is Programme Lead Trainings at Agora Think Tanks. With her team she implements existing trainings and is responsible for the development of new training offerings by Agora Think Tanks.

Before joining Agora, she worked at Active Philanthropy, where she conceptualised and conducted online and offline learning formats on climate protection for donors and philanthropists. Prior to this, Henrike worked at the think tank Climate Analytics. There, she managed flagship projects focusing on advisory and skill building activities for climate negotiators and other key representatives from small island states and countries of the Global South in the context of the international climate negotiations. Before turning towards climate issues, she worked at the European headquarters of iTunes in Luxembourg. She holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po (Paris) and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Technische Universität Dresden, Germany.
