Dr. Jia Loy

Jia Loy works as a Data Visualisation / Front-end Engineer in the International Enegry Data and Modelling Hub of Agora Think Tanks (Agora Energiewende, Agora Industry and Agora Agriculture). She contributes to the front-end development of data tools such as the Agorameter.

Before joining Agora, Jia did post-doc stints at Saarland University and the University of Edinburgh, where she specialised in web-based data collection methods to study human–human and human–computer interaction. She did a PhD in Psychology, focusing on the cognitive processes underlying language processing.
