Joshua Grünberg
Student Assistant
Joshua Grünberg has been a student assistant at Agora Energiewende and Agora Industry since April 2024. He supports the team on the socio-economic implications of the energy and industrial transformation. Before that, he was already an intern at Agora Energiewende.
Prior to joining Agora, he was an intern and subsequently a student assistant at the American public affairs agency Dentons Global Advisors, where he supported his team in advising clients in the energy and digital sectors. In 2021, he completed an internship at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, working on economic and transformation policy in the Eastern German states.
Joshua Grünberg completed his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics in 2022. He is currently studying International Politics and Economics at the Università di Bologna and spent an Erasmus semester at the University of Birmingham. In his master's thesis, he is investigating the macroeconomic effects of Carbon Pricing Mechanisms in the EU.
