Krisztina Zálnoky
Knowledge and Strategy Coordinator
Krisztina Zálnoky joined Agora Think Tanks as Knowledge and Strategy Coordinator in March 2024. As part of the Strategy Team, she focuses on knowledge and strategy coordination across the organisation with a focus on cross-cutting themes and priorities.
Prior to joining Agora, Krisztina was a Senior Research Project Manager at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s (CISL) Europe Office. In this role, she managed research projects and contributed to the content development across various policy areas including on climate, just transition and circular economy. Her previous experiences include working at the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission, the UNICEF Hungarian Committee and the U.S. Commercial Service in Hungary. She gained experience in the private sector, working as an analyst at KPMG on projects related to the Common Agricultural Policy.
Krisztina studied International Relations with a specialisation in European integration at Corvinus University Budapest and holds an M.Sc. in Public Policy from University College London. Her master dissertation focused on the impact of the 2008-2009 financial crisis on democracy support in Central and Eastern Europe.
