Anastasiia Vereshchynska is a Ukrainian policy analyst in the energy and climate sectors. As an analyst at Berlin Economics’ Low Carbon Ukraine project, she is engaged in policy consulting with high-level Ukrainian decision-makers in Ukraine on energy and climate policy issues.
After obtaining a law degree at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Anastasia worked in legal consulting at the EY Ukraine before pursuing a career in policy development and consulting. Since 2018 she was focusing on renewable energy, decarbonization and climate policies while working at the Ukrainian Parliament, and the Ukrainian Association of Renewable Energy and DiXi Group, a Ukrainian energy think tank.
During her EnerTracks Fellowship, Anastasiia will deep dive into decarbonization issues in industry and ways to replace fossil fuels with energy from renewable sources.
