Angelika Marie David

Angelika currently works as the project coordinator for the CASE for Southeast Asia, representing the local expert organization in the Philippines, the ICSC. A large part of her work in the past years has been with energy policy. She has been involved in research on off-grid island electrification, stranded coal assets, and carbon pricing. She also engages with energy policymakers and stakeholders to support dialogues on low-carbon development and accelerating the regional and local energy transition. She also worked as an analyst of the climate finance team to support the development of the team’s climate finance accountability work on energy and mitigation.
