Programme Manager at the Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR) in Jakarta, Indonesia, Institute for Essential Services Reform
Marlistya Citraningrum manages several projects, including the Solar Revolution Hub, under the Sustainable Energy Access Programme at the Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR), an Indonesian energy and climate policy think tank based in Jakarta. At IESR, she performs research as well as policy analyses and supervises the programme strategy to drive better policies towards cleaner, more sustainable energy system. Her projects include #1BY20 (one by twenty), a public campaign on solar energy. In her work, Marlistya also focuses on participatory, community-based approaches for delivering energy services.
During her time as an EnerTracks fellow at Agora Energiewende, she will spend time to investigate more deeply how Indonesia can benefit from decentralised energy access, both in rural and urban regions.
Marlistya holds a PhD Degree in Chemical Engineering from Taiwan Tech in Taipei, Taiwan.
