Agora Energiewende celebrates 10-year anniversary

Agora Energiewende was founded 10 years ago. In this past decade, the political environment has changed, and with it, the nature of our work. The effects of climate change are intensifying, while at the same time a growing number of decision-makers are recognising how important an ambitious climate policy is for our society.

That is why Agora Energiewende, Agora Industry and Agora Agriculture, with a team of 120 employees and partners from all over the world, work every day to achieve our primary goal: to win the fight against climate change. To this end, we develop and support feasible, evidence-based solutions and policy recommendations for achieving climate neutrality in all sectors in Germany, the EU, and around 25 other countries around the world.

We celebrated our anniversary on 12 September at Festsaal Kreuzberg, to reflect upon the last decade and look to the climate-neutral future with many of our partners and companions.
