Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR)
IESR is a think-tank in the energy sector and has been involved in the development of Indonesian energy framework and power sector reform since 1998. The organization therefore gained recognition nationally and internationally. IESR has extensive experience of working with international institution/organization and actively conducting action research and policy advice to government agencies.
