Marianna Morra-Skryabina
International Outreach Manager
Marianna Morra-Skryabina is the International Outreach Project Manager in the Power System Transformation team, focusing on cooperation with China.
Prior to joining Agora in July 2021, she also worked on China-related international energy cooperation projects, including cross-border power and gas supply projects from Russia to China and East Asia. In 2015-2020, she served as an Energy Analyst at the Gazprom Representative office in Beijing.
Marianna holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations with a specialization in East Asia and Chinese language from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In 2013, she obtained a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore with a Specialization in Environmental and Social Policy.
